Have you been bored eating breakfast or roti vegetable everyday at breakfast, then today you have this wonderful recipe called Poha recipe. Poha is as beautiful in appearance, it is equally tasty to eat and it is also very easy to make, so let's start.

Ingredients required to make Poha:

Poha Flakes: 2 Bowl
Onion: 2
Curry leaves - 10 to 12
Green Chili: 2
Peanuts: Half bowl
Cashew: 10 to 12 pieces (optional)
Lemon juice: 1
Turmeric: 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Refined oil: 2 teaspoons
Poha recipe

    • First wash the poha, then soak it for 3 to 4 minutes and keep it sieved. Do not keep it soaked for long or else it will dissolve in water.
    • Now put about 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan and when the oil is hot, fry peanuts in it. You can also fry some cashew nuts here with peanuts.
    • Now separate the peanuts and add chopped green chillies and curry leaves in the remaining oil and then add onions and fry them till they become golden.
Now mix turmeric and red chilli in the onion and mix well, then add peanuts and cashews to it.   
    • Now add salt to this mixture, and immediately after adding the poha, mix it well or else the salt will burn on the surface. Now all it has to do is cook for 2 more minutes.  
    • Now our delicious poha is ready to serve.
Serving method

Before serving the poha, take it out in a plate and squeeze lemon juice over it. Lemon increases its test further.
